Day 3 for my posting, and again so far so good.
Today I have a Anniversary Card to show you for two lovely people in my family.
It is a 6 x 6″ card with a diagonal fold to show the beautiful heart as the main focal piece.
Not a lot of stamping this time as the gorgeous Designer Series Paper does all the work. The gingham piece is the reverse side of the diagonal piece. That is what I love about DSP from Stampin’ Up!. If there isn’t a side you like you can always use the reverse.
The heart has been cut using Bloomin Heart Thinlit Dies on Sweet Sugarplum Cardstock. You get the large heart and two little flowers which go on top where the spaces are in the heart. For these I chose scraps from my stash and think they are Powder Pink.
For the strip across the top I turned to the Flourish Thinlits Die. Cut out using Sweet Sugarplum.
Using the Pretty Label Punch I punched out the sentiment stamped in Pear Pizzazz from the Butterfly Basics Set. A few pearls are added to the heart and the sentiment for texture.
