Today sees the start of a new challenge for me. I am starting to blog each day from Monday through to Friday and hope you will follow me on my journey.
I am not certain what I will be posting each day and that is my personal challenge.
So today I have started with a card made for a Facebook Group Monthly Challenge which says you have to use Green.
I will be going through my Stamp Sets from Stampin’ Up! but in a random order
This is my post for you today
My chosen set for today is called – Artistically Asian
The size of my card measures 4.25 x 5.5 inches and is Pear Pizazz Card Stock
I stamped onto Whisper White which measures 4 x 5.25 inches with stamps from the above set.
To colour the stamps I chose to use my Stampin’ Write Markers in shades of Garden Green and Watermelon Wonder. I like doing this technique as you can colour directly onto the stamp where you want the colour to be. You then ‘Huff’ over the stamp to moisten the ink before stamping. I think it gives the images a softer feel.
For a little dimension I used the Scalloped Oval Punch which has sadly now retired, and stamped one of the sayings in Garden Green.
If you would like to know more about becoming a Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator and possibly ordering their products, you can do so by contacting me via the links on my page.
I have a team of 3 whom I call ‘Christines Happy Stampers’ and would love it if you chose to be part of my team.
Stampin’ Up! have a new Holiday Catalogue available from 1st September so if you would like a FREE copy, get in touch. I will be sending them out around the 27th August.
I hope you like my card and will continue to keep popping back to see what I have in store for you.
